Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LearnIT Academy Learning Management System ("LMS") operated by Learn IT One Two One FZE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the LMS.

Eligibility

The LMS is available only to users with email addresses from authorized organizations. Access is granted at the discretion of your organization's administrators.

Account Registration

To use the LMS, you must sign in using your Google account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information through your Google profile
• Use only accounts you are authorized to use
• Not share your account access with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the LMS only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the LMS or its systems
• Use the LMS to distribute malware or harmful content
• Interfere with other users' access to the LMS
• Copy, distribute, or modify LMS content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the LMS without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and the LMS platform itself are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

Certificates issued by the LMS are for your personal use and to demonstrate course completion. Falsifying or misrepresenting certificates is prohibited.

Course Progress and Certificates

Your course progress is tracked and stored to provide a continuous learning experience. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses and quizzes.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine they were obtained through fraudulent means.

Privacy

Your use of the LMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Disclaimers

The LMS and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The LMS will be available at all times without interruption
• The LMS will be free from errors or defects
• Any specific learning outcomes will be achieved

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn IT One Two One FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the LMS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the LMS at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the LMS will immediately cease.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the LMS or sending an email. Continued use of the LMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
