Information from Google Sign-In
When you sign in using Google, we collect:
- Email address - Used to identify your account and verify your organization
- Full name - Displayed in the LMS and on completion certificates
- Profile picture - Displayed in the navigation bar (optional)
- Google ID - A unique identifier to link your Google account to your LMS profile
We only request basic profile information. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.
Information Generated Through Use
As you use the LMS, we collect:
- Course progress - Which lessons you have completed
- Quiz results - Your scores and answers on assessments
- Certificates earned - Records of courses you have completed
- Login timestamps - When you last accessed the platform
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate your identity and verify you belong to an authorized organization
- Track your learning progress across courses
- Generate personalized completion certificates with your name
- Provide administrators with aggregated analytics on course completion
- Improve the LMS based on usage patterns
Information Sharing

- With your organization's administrators - They can view your name, email, progress, and certificate status
- Service providers - We use Turso for database hosting, which processes data on our behalf
- Legal requirements - If required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in a Turso database with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
Authentication tokens are stored in HTTP-only cookies and expire after 7 days.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Course progress and certificates are retained indefinitely to allow you to access your learning history.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction - Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion - Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability - Request your data in a portable format
